Pop Podium 013 celebrates 25 years of music! 1his project was the first concert hall designed by Benthem Crouwel Architects in 1994, it opened its doors on November 13th 1998 and is still adored by artists and audiences today.
The concert hall was the first Dutch big music venue built in a city center, and has hosted various huge names, but also created a stage for upcoming artists. The design is very unique and still characterizes the building: black EPDM rubber filled with glass wool, sporting thousands of real cd’s on the surface.
