All directional pavilion at The Hague Central bus platform
December 04, 2019

Intergrated transport hub
The integrated transport hub Den Haag Centraal efficiently combines all public transport: trains, trams and buses. For the new bus platform Benthem Crouwel Architects designed a covered passage that protects passengers from the weather, and a pavilion that will function both as ticket booth for touring cars and as a break room for bus drivers.

All directional
The round pavilion is connected to the passage and carried out in the same materials, but also stands as an eye-catching, autonomous volume on the platform. With its smooth lines, transparency and striking colors the pavilion matches the architecture and form language of the station and bus platform perfectly. The pavilion and passage will be ready for use in March 2020.
