Gold Frame Award for Floating House

We are delighted that Floating House has been awarded a GOLD FRAME Award.

Floating House is built on a simple idea: to create a home that feels completely connected to its landscape. The result? A closed volume that hovers above an open glass plinth. This spatial relationship defines the entire project.

By stacking the program vertically – integrating a basement and multiple floors – the design minimizes its footprint on the plot. What is not built on is left to nature. A home that is compact in occupation, generous in space, and rooted in its surroundings.
